What You’ll Do as our Parts Specialist
Initially, this role will be an Individual Contributor position as a Parts Specialist while also providing Leadership to the entre Parts Department.
The Parts Specialist will be responsible for departmental support with handling customer inquiries via phone, email and in person. Duties are focused on part identification, placing part orders, order status, product information, account status and pricing. Duties may also include part order processing, to include, create and apply wrapping, labels and identifications as required. Stack and arrange products and packs parts into soft sided envelopes, crates, boxes, and cartons. This role will also collaborate and work closely under the moderate direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Understanding the general aspects of the job and a high sense of urgency is required.
The Team Leader function will direct all manufacturing parts functions.
