What You’ll Do as the Sales Correspondent
The Sales Correspondent is responsible for providing sales support to customers, field representatives, and Regional Sales Managers from Zero Zone’s North Prairie, WI facility. Responsibilities include:
Have you ever gone into a grocery store or convenience store for things like milk, bagged salads, or frozen pizza? The coolers and freezers you find those and other food products in are what we do!! Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! We also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks!
Our company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA

What You’ll Do as the Sales Correspondent
The Sales Correspondent is responsible for providing sales support to customers, field representatives, and Regional Sales Managers from Zero Zone’s North Prairie, WI facility. Responsibilities include:
- Provide sales support to customers, field representatives, and regional sales managers from Zero Zone’s North Prairie, WI facility
- Accurate and efficient preparation of quotes, orders, and acknowledgements, including follow-up
- Work within company-specific software to develop price quotations, schedules, product feature selections, and logistics support
- An associate degree or minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or account/project coordination
- Candidate must be effective and highly detailed
- Ability to read and understand customer fixture plans and store layouts in preparation of quote entry
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Must be ambitious and flexible
